The Vision Engineering Mantis PIXO is a 3rd-generation ergonomic stereo microscope featuring an integrated 5MP digital camera for high-quality inspection and documentation. When paired with the Verso arm, it offers a flexible, “lift and lower” universal stand that can be easily swung into and out of position.

• Magnification (8x): An 8x objective lens provides a 60 mm working distance and an 18 mm field of view.
• SLWD Option: A “Super Long Working Distance” (SLWD) 8x lens is also available, offering a significantly larger 113 mm working distance.
• Camera: Includes a built-in 5.04 MP CMOS sensor capable of capturing images at 2592 x 1944 pixels and a frame rate of up to 48 fps.
• Lighting: Features Dynamic 3D illumination with 25-step dimmable LED banks and an optional white/UV lighting toggle

• Workspace Flexibility: The Verso arm is a universal “swing-away” stand that can be easily repositioned or moved out of the way to clear the workbench for other tools. An optional extension can add over 8 inches of reach.
• Digital Documentation: The PIXO’s integrated camera allows operators to capture images and video for traceability, training, and remote collaboration without needing a separate camera attachment.
• Ergonomics: The “eyepiece-less” design allows operators to wear safety glasses or prescription spectacles comfortably, reducing eye strain and improving posture during repetitive tasks.
• Advanced Lighting: The system offers five different illumination methods—including UV light options—to highlight fluorescing coatings, dyes, or internal defects in boreholes.

• Interface: Connects via SuperSpeed USB 3.0 with a USB-C to PC output.
