EASY TO INSTALL
Designed with mounting holes integrated into the sturdy base, the BL7916 is easy to install. All controls and pump assembly are conveniently located on the front of the unit.
PROPORTIONAL DOSAGE
Proportional control slows the stroke rate as the measured value approaches user-selectable set points, avoiding chemical overdosing. This feature makes pump dosing more accurate, saves chemicals, and eliminates unnecessary and costly adjustments to your process, especially with slow-reacting chemicals.
STURDY CONSTRUCTION
Rugged fiber reinforced IP55 polypropylene housing protects against hazardous spills and splashes. PVDF, FPM/FKM and PTFE materials are used for all parts in contact with liquids to resist chemical corrosion.
SEPARATE OUTPUT
For enhanced troubleshooting and data logging capabilities while monitoring, simply attach a logger to the instrument's 4 to 20 mA output contacts, conveniently located on the front panel, to receive a copy of the results on demand.
SIMPLE PUMPING OPERATION
A positive displacement solenoid with few moving parts makes the BL7916 more reliable than motor driven pumps as there are no rotating parts, gears or cams; significantly reducing the possibility of mechanical failure.
AUXILIARY PUMP SWITCH
Allows the user to mount a mixer or priming pump that is only activated when the metering pump is activated.
